Q: Do you share our info/e-mail with any one?

A: Twinkle Star does not share our customers' information with anyone - all the information that you provide is safe with us.

Twinkle Star will email occasional newsletters & other items of interest regarding happenings at our retail location. If you ever elect to have your email removed, just click the "remove my email" link at the bottom of any of our newsletters.

Q: Where does Twinkle Star deliver to?

A: Within the U.S. we ship with mainstream shipping carriers for the usual shipping options you already know about. We're fans of "Ground," but if you don't order early and tend to wait 'til the last minute... well, you do the math. If you place your order on a Friday or a weekend, please don't expect it to leave our shop until Monday. (Please note that UPS and FedEx are unable to ship to Post Office and Military Post Boxes. These items will be shipped by U.S.P.S.)

Q: What form of payment do you accept?

A: Twinkle Star Baby Boutique accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Q: How do you guarantee the safety of my credit card info?

A: Twinkle Star uses Comodo Pro SSL in conjunction with Authorize.net to assure your transactions are secure. All Twinkle Star web store transactions are processed using industry standard protocol & safely stored on secure third party servers. The Twinkle Star servers do not see or retain any transaction details.

The SSL encryption guarantees a secure connection between our facilitator and your Web browser.

Q: What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

A: Twinkle Star's Return / Refund policy is that we will gladly refund the purchase price, not including shipping costs, within 20 days of the receipt of the product back to the credit card used.

Q: What if you are sold out of an item?

A: Twinkle Star's software keeps our online shop synced with our retail location inventory, working to prevent overselling items on our site. No system is perfect however, and on rare occasions mistakes happen.

If we are sold out of an item that you have purchased, Twinkle Star Baby Boutique will contact you ASAP to help you with backorder, replacement, or credit for the item. For support, just send us an email!

Q: Can Twinkle Star Baby Boutique special order items for me?

A: At this time special orders are on a case by case basis. Please write or call (617.776.2340) with your request and we will do our best.

Q: Do you offer gift wrap?

A: All orders are wrapped in pink or green tissue paper for attractive presentation. However, if you request additional wrapping formality (box and/or heavy paper) that service is also available for a small fee.

Q: Does Twinkle Star have gift cards or gift certificates?

A: We only offer gift certificates at our retail location in Somerville at this time. Please call or write us to arrange for the sale of one.
